@Anthony HowellTwo things come to mind:1) Calculate the cost of borrowing from the 401k versus other sources of capital to see what is cheaper.2) Research into the terms of payback.

They are great for networking and you'll meet a lot of like minded people there. 

He started out as the assistant manager of trim and became the  VP of Operations for a well known National  I have identified several small lots and a few larger pieces the value is mind blowing.  

It is tough you might just keep them in mind if you don't find anyone else in the next month

Keep in mind... it's a 2 way street. 

Your reputation isn't something that people can take from you in a divorce and betrayal.Over the last year I have learned a ton about empathy, relationships, spirituality, mindfulness, and things of this nature. 

I got them for the peace of mind, but honestly, I'm finding that when I do my own work on finding referrals through forums and referral sites, I'm better off.
