In some of the smaller cities (redwood shore, foster city), only less than 5 SFR on the market.In other words, the SFR price on the peninsula is probably still undervalued at this moment, based on supply and demand.

It was a great temporary job back then, but I was pretty young and honestly didn't realize I had to pay taxes on all the money I was making so the IRS actually sent a letter to my parents house...and you can imagine how that conversation went.
