Hello! 

My name is Nicole, I'm a newbie from Beverly, Massachusetts. I've been reading the forums, listening to the podcast, and reading books - Now it's time to start taking action! My background is in architecture and project management for commercial real estate projects. 

My goal is to complete my first rehab in Essex Country by March 2018
- Single family home
- Apprx. 1,500 SF
- 3 bedroom
- 2 bath

Hi @Nicole Griffin welcome to Biggerpockets. Those are some great goals you have set out to complete. I would recommend attending a local REIA or REI Meeting. I know there are a few in your within an hour of your neck of the woods. Chelmsford REIA and Black Diamond (Woburn/Worcester) are the two that come to mind for me. These meetings are great to network and talk to people to see how they went about investing themselves.
