Having the wrong or inadequate insurance policy is almost worse than not having insurance at all.I currently live in the Denver area, but will be relocating to the Pacific Northwest region (likely to Seattle/surrounding area, since I won't be able to afford to live in Seattle when I first move there).

In doing so I read state statutes and reviewed federal law surrounding mortgage lending.When I read something that was contrary to my plans I considered ways to avoid violations or ways to circumvent the issue steering clear of prohibited activities.I devised my plans and then I sought letters of opinion from regulatory offices, from federal down to local authorities.So, I really do understand the tendency of people with vested interests in doing something and reading statutes to look for ways to avoid or circumvent laws or road blocks to their goal.The SAFE Act, is the first federal regulation that stresses "intent" and compliance being required.
