I was always very entrepreneurial as a kid, as I always found myself flipping whatever I could...wether it was luxury shoes, clothes, and hype wear.

The downside of the tiny house is finding the right person to clean it (everything needs to go in a specific place) and you may need a small outbuilding somewhere for washer/dryer or linen storage. 

Currently own or own interest in a 40,000 sq ft high end office/warehouse complex, 21,000 sg ft retail/service/office building, auto repair and storage facility, land being warehoused for residential subdividing, and land being held for commercial development.  

If I was in your shoes, I wouldn't raise the rent and I'd offer the two year lease to them.

In my opinion this shows a lack of integrity and had I been in his shoes I certainly would have honored the verbal acceptance...especially since I was already considering another deal of his.
