Condo Association complained to me and to  local police about this  situation as unit as  has foul smell and bugs all over .Local Police went inside the property and found that no one is living there and place is full trash and clothes all over the place .I have started the  eviction process but that will take another month before i can get possession of my property.

Also, if you see them on your lot, call the police and charge them with trespassing.

Police are in the area monitoring all the time and some days its a mess.

@Roy N.Update for everyone - I randomly was at the house last week when police arrived to arrest her bf who is the co-tenant.

She said the police were at the house.  

Generally, police won't force-ably remove someone who claims to be a tenant.
