Hi BP,I am cold calling a list but now have the idea that my results will come faster if I drop off a postcard or some sort of note when I find a house in poor condition or foreclosure and have them call me and then cold call them 2 weeks later if I get no response.

I'm looking to get started on my REI journey, and have been extremely pleased with how responsive all of the members of this forum have been.

I am young and extremely new to this game so any responses related to becoming a landlord will be helpful!!

it will be a big issue when someone breaks in and robs them (or worse).or when they hold you responsible for the high utility bills.I think you should fix the window.

If I do not get many responses I will reach out to people individually as I go throughout the map.
