If your skills are so pathetically lacking that you cannot satisfactorily explain to a seller why the robotic algorithm that produces Zillow's "Zestimate" is not as accurate as a local expert with boots-on-the-ground knowledge and market knowledge, then you ought to go back for Sales 101 Training.If you intend to get consensus for your argument, learn to state and support it in a cogent manner in the forum you wish to influence.Feel the love.
