so on and so forth. there are simply many ways to make money in real estate appreciation being one of the major drivers for wealth if you can't scale sufficiently with cash flow. 

We just list that extra stuff in an email and that works ok.I also get a copy of their driver's license same as if they had booked online.Most people just mail me a check and I get it a month or so ahead of their stay so it has had time to clear.
