i have also attended 2 real estate meet ups. my take aways from that was that i'm terrible at meeting new people, and i was not pleased with my ability to network and make new friends. so my next real estate meet up, more so than gain real estate knowledge will be to talk to at least 10 people!

We stay up to date on new legislation by attending LL Association meetings and getting guidance from them. 

Even if you're a year or two out, attend some open houses, drive some neighborhoods so you build that knowledge base, attend meetups to meet people.

Not all Keller Williams offices are the same but the best ones will have a lot of free training available for you to attend in addition to the online courses you can pay for that are offered through the corporate office.

A conference a guest was schedule to attend in the area might be cancelled and that coupled with concerns over the virus prompted them to ask about cancellation.

Do you attend all of those groups?

I plan to attend this month's REI meeting and would certainly like to discuss all this further with anyone attending.
