The only paperwork I have with this is the paperwork from our closing showing this.Renovation Costs: Since my grandmother paid for both the purchase and the renovations, how would this factor into a partition action or any buyout?

The airport is amazingly easy to get in and out of too. 

There is a burned out shell of a building located on a main street near our home.

For example I reach out to my HVAC guy to get updates on pricing for mini splits, etc.
