Hey @Julian Demacabalin the VA loan is a great tool to have but depending on your situation it might not be the best move for an investment in NC.

STRs should have lots of margin, so you can absorb the ebbs and flows of them.By the way, you can self-manage your property without doing the cleaning etc. yourself - there's lots of tools to assist with that and all you need is a good, reliable cleaner, a handyman, and a system!

@Alessandra Verbena there are also free and paid tools you can check out to get a sense of the Tulsa market (or any market for that matter) and see if it's worth investing in an STR there.

There's no reason to work this hard if you aren't using money as a tool to do the things you enjoy.Now, you also have to make sure you're willing to sacrifice other things.
