New Real Estate Investor

Hello BP Community,

My name is David and I'm new to real estate investing! I've spent some time educating myself through real estate books and other resources on the internet, and seek to further my knowledge.

Strategies that interest me include: out-of-state investing, BRRRR, multi-family properties

I seek to learn from experienced investors as well and hope to provide value in any way that I can.

Looking forward to networking with you all!

    Welcome to the BiggerPockets forums!

One of the best moves you can make is to find a local investor group in your area to network with others. Go to NETWORK at the top of your screen and you can search for other investors and investment groups in your area. You can also check meetup.com or search facebook for real estate investment groups, clubs, or meetings in your area.

     Great advice Nathan, thank you!
