Fantastic location in an upper-middle-class neighborhood with great accessibility to Hollywood, Universal City, Burbank, Studio City, etc.I want to focus on traveling professionals for mid-term stays (entertainment professionals, medical professionals, other corporate-style travelers), but am open to short-term stays as well, as Hollywood is obviously a tourist-centric area.  

Also you can sometimes get a subscription service for like Amazons Book membership that I think is $14.99 per month and if you like to read you don’t get all the titles but do get access to many and if you have time to read a lot this pays off quickly.

Keep in mind, the set-up cost of the Airbnb on a studio you should expect to spend about $4,000.

With Amazon coming, Northern Virginia real estate prices are too crazy for a positive cash flow scenario, so I am trying to find something good on the fringes that is within 1 to 2 hours of me.

Hi everyone,I’m a first time home buyer trying to buy a home to live in but also something that I could either potentially rent out or sell in the near future (<10 yrs).I’m currently considering this 400 sqft  studio condo in a new development in Brooklyn that’s priced at 650k.

Like @Sherief Elbassuoni said it really depends on the deal.But... there is a lot of industrial development happing in Marysville/Arlington - rumor is that Amazon is building a 5-story 2.2m s.f. warehouse just south of the Arlington airport.

You could always live in between Austin and San Antonio---that is where Amazon put there new 800,000SF operation--in the middle in San Marcos.

On my studio condo it seemed pretty accurate but on my larger three bedroom beach front it UNDERESTIMATED by A LOT!
