I live in NJ and am frustrated and tired of looking at properties in the local investing model.

It shows a potential buyer ideas on what they can do with the space.After Pictures:Summary:The heir who sold the home to us lived many hours away and was tired of taking care of all of the break-ins to the property.

You'll run into owners of rental properties who are just tired of the property and want to sell but do not want to evict the tenant.

Obviously, that's not going to work.I'm really getting tired of this.

Fix leaks by outer walls and ceiling, reseal, replace insulation, Sheetrock, paint, lighting, maybe add bedrooms)  Could be a another whole suit possibly.I got tired but that should give the idea of what is going on with this home.I 1000% appreciate opinions on this home.

I have a house with 3 doors that I need to get changed and I’m tired of replacing all the knobs and deadbolts.
