Should I present my concerns to the broker and see if the seller would consider a new price, and if not, no problem we can go our separate ways on this? 

If someone took gas/heat out of their name randomly in the middle of winter I'd be concerned, but not here. 

I am an extremely motivated individual that enjoys challenges.Just flat out, are there too many liability issues to having me tag along and help out that would prevent me from being able to obtain this goal?

No idea the reason for flipping out over something that doesn't even concern her.

Regardless of the reason, I am glad to let her out early as she was an inherited tenant and she has been a concern since day one. 

Hi @Chris Sellers:I haven't personally explored the possibility of building a new mobile home park, but have heard similar concerns and would imagine the zoning to be a real hurdle.

Extremely unprofessional and you are grouping all brokers in to one camp.

That is why I am a little concerned with the seller stalling.
