I have no doubt at all I can rent it out in a heart beat.Oh, by the way damage hearing is coming up. 

Everytime I go into the apartment to check it out, it is always warm throughout the house with an average temperature of 75F.

No one will offer you a high paying W2 job for hanging out so that you can retire at 30.I don’t think people become financially independent early in life by doing something half-heartedly.

A well maintained rental gets better tenants and is good for the neighborhood so I consider it an investment.You likely can't deal with the painting until it warms up and likewise, it may be inadvisable to do the concrete work in the winter.

With that said, it takes kissing a few frogs to get your team together and that is really what your post gets to the heart of.
