There are sale skills you can learn, persuasion etc, but I am not the salesman type.Good luck.

If you have experience working with a lot of appraisers there is a huge discrepancy in valuations they come up with depending on how skilled they are in finding applicable comps. 

First of all, doing 6 deals on your first year is amazing, and not only that, while working full time - it looks like you have the right mindset and execution skills.

This is an excellent opportunity for me to meet with new individuals, trying to improve my skills and making many many many many deals ( or one huge deal !

When it comes time to put their money(or skills) where their mouth is and do a deal they disappear.  

Talking to several contractors will give a wider range of knowledge and skill sets.
