Being a new member - such a nice moment

Hi everyone, that's funny because as you can guess I am a newbie, not even an investor yet.

I can tell you that I have been listening carefully so many podcasts, I have the impression I am spending couple of hours per week in Hawaii.

So, what I like in life is this moment (that many people don't like) : being a beginner!  I admit it, I am honest, I don t have experience yet, I have not done any deals yet but I want to learn, I want to meet with people, I want to do it!  And I can guarantee, I will do it!

This is an excellent opportunity for me to meet with new individuals, trying to improve my skills and making many many many many deals ( or one huge deal ! ) .

Thenm thank you Biggerpocket, this forum is great and I am looking forward to start this journey. 

If you are in New York, willing to spend time with a real estate beginner (but of course I can bring you with many other nice things: spend a nice moment, speak about other things in life) then let me know~!
