It would probably also be more valuable if you can find out what is legally buildable (height, footprint), what logistically works on the lot, and possibly even some ballpark quotes and contacts.

I have never gotten a deal from driving for dollars, but that's fine, because I have gained something else valuable: familiarity with my local market that I would not otherwise have.

We put all occupants of legal age on the lease for the reason of additional parties to encumber if needed.

IE sorry the deal didnt go through, heres a little something to help defray your additional holding costs.
