all the agents in columbus are doing is calling multifamily owners off market on dialers forcing them to sell a little less than market value or setting them up on searches. correct no value. they are taking two sides and selling places 60 years old without underwriting or value proposition.

Finally in August of 2023, I closed on my first deal, saw the flip through with an investor friendly agent who had flip experience and the flip is currently listed on MLS.

You'll want to consult a lawyer and pay to rewrite the HOA CC&R rules and an insurance agent to make sure you are covered.

Franky,My advise is to seek out multiple Independent Agents (they represent many Insurance companies - not just one). 

I was thinking I could get 1600 to 1800 in rent and my agent also said the same thing.

As an escrow officer, a bad contract or a bad deal puts them in the seat of the agent, attorney, therepist, life coach and financial advisor for all parties.
