AS long as you don't advertise in the public median send out blast e mails you can occasionally assign a contract without getting in trouble.. especially if you closing on a bunch.But is your scheme proves out you never bought anything you created a website and hold yourself out there as owning these property for worse assigning them.. then your clearly breaking the rules.Being a pilot your familiar with the regs.. you may find it enlightening to actually read the state real estate regs.PS.

Troy,Yes you can get bring in up to 35 non-accredited investor if you structure it under rule 506(b) of Reg D.You are required to have a pre-existing relationship with all of the investors and you can’t publicly advertise the investment opportunity.Consult with an SEC attorney to confirm the best structure for you but generally speaking, the answer to your question is Yes.

YOU set in a wheelchair for a whole day and see how things for normal people dont work for chair bound people.I would think you would want these ladies as happy as possible for there remaining years,,they wont move,,,do the work.And when they pass on and it is available,,advertise as wheelchair friendly and watch the phone ring.

So I was online playing his game CASHFLOW and I seen his advertisement for a real estate blueprint and after doing some research, there is all kinds of scams that other people posted about increasing credit card limits before I read that I ALMOST bought his blueprints!
