So therefore, I would look at places you travel consistently, either because of work, family in the area, good friends, etc.  

If you make sure to buy cash flowing properties that you are confident you can rent out, it shouldn't be a problem.

I have traveled all over the world, everywhere there is pro's and there is con's, every region and climate has it's own unique issues to address, with that MN is no different.

I have both occupied for until end of April and hope to renew or get new tenants for another month or two in hopes this summer we will all be back in business hosting traveler's in Music City!
