How do you deal with noisy rentals?
A lot of apartments are poorly insulated. I have some that are newer, but they were poorly insulated in the floors so a downstairs tenant can hear the upstairs tenant close their refrigerator, have a phone conversation, or make babies. I even have some duplexes where the sound travels from one unit to the next.
What are your tips or tricks to mitigate this? Or do you just disclose it over and over again and let the tenants learn to live with it?
