Andrew Weddle I agree with Garrett Jefferies Just with a degree your pay grade automatically rises, and since you have been an athlete and don't have much savings, this could help you get a better paying job (which you could then save that money for real estate) I graduated with my bachelors in 2015 and it helped get my first entry level job.
