I'd recommend a professional lender not  a internet or retail big bank lender as they typically will not have the expertise or patience to deal with their underwriters on this type of file. 

The domain name doesn't really matter as long as you are adding value to the internet you will be found.  

I already realized that I made a error with how the vinyl looks, and I'm afraid I'd be compounding the mistake if I tried to pick a laminate that looks like the vinyl. Overall, I agree with what everyone is saying - you can't do it all.My advice would be to find the part that you are really good at and love, and off-load the other tasks to others.
