The zoning issues for this might be for setbacks as suggested in an earlier post - but I would expect that zoning would be more concerned with the added impervious surface area, and the additional water run-off that implies. 

If its only little bit of surface mold you can clean it w mold X.

However, if you are planning on renting to students as most of these rentals are used for, I would go for extra durable materials, even at the expense of style or fashion.

Could be on good ol' fashioned TV or on youtube or elsewhere online.  

Tile and other hard surfaced floors will make it much worse.

It wasn't handled in a timely fashion by the then PM administrator (she left since), so I got stuck with a vacant yet un-relinquished unit, and with an eviction moratorium. 

It's that hard surface and corners that make painting laminate so difficult.

And in true fashion and I'm closing on the next flip next week and have my next 2 new construction homes ready to go !!

@Michael GarofaloThanks all for the help, I did check with the city about it, and they said you have to have a hard surface or concrete/paver driveway to park it on or else it is a code violation since grass isn't a hard surface.

I'm fashion blind, but I know how to do everything from plumbing to electrical to walls to flooring.
