Hello BP Community & any Tax Professional reading this👋🏽, I'm looking to get my first deal & would like professional advice on general questions I have ranging from what expenses can be deducted to how taxation works with Partnerships.

We will require a financial co signer- owns a home with a higher credit score and sufficient income/stability.

Depending on the appraisal and the loan option I choose, the cash out amount could range from $0 (low appraised value + 75% LTV fixed loan) - $80K (high appraised value + 80% LTV 10/1 ARM).

That's a lot of checking....Anyway, it should be sufficient to have the GC certify in writing that he and his subs have the required WC at the beginning of the project.

Comps in the area are in the $150k range. 

Understand that ALL of this is just a math problemI would speak to my lender and have him/her explain the rate range for my loan. 

I told them its a new lease and there has been sufficient notice for the rent increase. 

I'm looking at properties in the $800k-$1.5m range.

Parking - It looks like this property has sufficient parking, but if you did rent by the room, it would make the model more attractive if each person had their own parking spot. 2.

I am looking to sell my building in and around the $8.5MM range.
