You can go to the paint store and look at the combinations on the color cards, just remember that the brick color is a given, so it needs to be one of the colors!

I find that furnished is better but this would apply more for corporate tenants who may only be around for a fixed period of time and have stored their own furniture.You may also want to consider a higher security deposit and make sure that you get all the furniture itemized and signed off pre and post the rental period.Let me know if you have any more queries.
