I also work with several buyers a month for mortgages and the low end of what we see in the Twin Cities is $1200 on a primary residence, with an occasional outlier below $1100.

Thats how I see it.I own several duplexes........on  two of them I have about 42% equity each.

I think regional sites are becoming more popular.When the service fee was launched I experimented and listed my properties on several other sites, some paid and some free.

I have posted several jobs/projects on home advisor and have not had much success. 

@Fred CanzanoSelf-directed IRA accounts are a specialty service, not served by the mainstream brokerage houses.There are several types of account structures, and what will be best for you will depend a lot on variables such as the amount of capital, investment types, your employment status, etc.  

Springfield is a great area to invest and there are several different strategies available.

I can't speak for Platinum as I've never worked with them, but I've worked with several others and brought through them.
