If they have crappy credit, get paid cash under the table, make the poverty level or below then it's not really worth the time.You can try a bill collection company but the debtor can just fill out a cease and desist letter where the collectors can no longer call them and must send mail.

The sad thing is that this bill is being steam rolled through on just a name along with no details.The tenant unions around the state are funded by the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) and they are trying to drive the US to where all rental housing is run by the government.
