I have never used the app, but those who have give mixed reviews.

You just need to add a contingency to the offer which allows you an out after reviewing lien payoffs/paperwork.

As we get more reviews and eventually get bumped to super host status we expect those numbers to improve a little, too.

I just did a quick search and see First Service Residential has nearly 400 reviews and a 4.6 star rating.
