They responded back with a sassy text about how things they agreed to (switching sides, cutting grass, shoveling snow) are ridiculous and should exempt them from a security deposit.

I don't doubt that approach will make sense as I grow some equity, but for now I'd certainly favor a more hands-on approach.Truly, thanks again to all who took some time to respond, welcome me aboard, and leave some advice.

Thank you to everyone who responded to me when I was introduced to BP a week ago.

Does anyone know what'll happen to the provider if they don't respond to my complaint I made to the Illinois Department of insurance by the mandated 21 day time allotment?  

Oh, BTW, if you want to refer to a BP member to get them to respond quickly, you should type the @ symbol and then the first three letters of the BP name and a box will drop down below the reply box you are typing in.

So that way you will know how to respond when they ask questions about it.
