My journey to BP actually began last October, when I was trying to find information and resources about REI but I didn't sign-up or anything because I was busy working on my professional massage therapy license and starting a new job in admin.

Nothing worse than having a bunch of drunk people you barely know destroy your house.Other than that, I would suggest trying to tap your existing resources, namely your dad for more information. 

I can be very savvy when it comes to tech so can definitely leverage some online/app and other resources to hit the ground running.

This site is a great resource for researching "Wholesaling in California" and nationwide wholesaling for that matter.
