Hey Titus, totally can relate with you being from an expensive real estate market - I moved to Columbus a few years ago (from Portland, Oregon which was super expensive) to become a full time real estate investor, and ever since, I've completed quite a lot of BRRRRs, flips, and own a successful rental portfolio here in Columbus Ohio.

Personally I use Forefront, but its mostly designed for real estate leads.

I believe there is a STR real estate regular meetup in the Cape Cod are, but I'll need to ask about where and when it typical is.

Curious about how your current financing is working for you? Any challenges or unexpected hurdles you've encountered?

C-Corps usually aren't a preferred structure for real estate.I know that with a self directed IRA all of the income has to come back to the IRA - read another way - you can't take the profits from your investments and access them today (so no passive income that you can utilize in the near term).  

Just joined these forums so hopefully this is in the right thread.I work freelence and W2 work and I want to invest in real estate next year.
