Tim, I'm sure insurance companies are using them especially through third party investigators, they would be handy for medical and workmens comp cases too.Seems there is an issue with property rights too, you own your land from the center of the earth to infinity and the federal govt has jurisdiction 1,000 feet above and below for approach and departue from/to runways.

I see this metric of gross income should be 3x or 4x rent and cannot see how this can possibly be useful other than a preliminary "should I even bother looking at this app".I think a more useful metric would be to use net income which you can calculate by looking at their credit report.

She produced a list of hundreds of items that we alledgedly "stole", and our private investigator found most of the items in the storage units during discovery (the rest of the items didn't exist)--the whole suit is BS but this woman is a serial plaintiff and hired a lawyer who has a a pending license suspension to represent her (birds of a feather...).

2)Yes, not only is visiting the property a healthy exercise, but also getting some preliminary information, good wide shot high res photos,perhaps a small video of the property, a copy of the scope of work, any permits or permit inspections.
