Hi, Fellow BPersI have a quick question on partnering with a company on acquiring, renovating and managing commercial properties (hotels, vacation rentals) as a contractor and wonder whether you more experienced investors could give some advice on that:I am currently working (as a contractor) with a syndication company that has very strong capability to raise funds (they raised close to $100M last year).

If you are capable of contracting a sale, go talk to the seller.

I was also trying to put in perspective as to what I am willing and not willing to do, as well as what I am and am not capable of.

They are presumably well connected with the local REI community and know who the players are.

You have to ask yourself whether you are capable of running this like a business or if you're going to let emotions get in the way.The solution is to purchase the property, notify the tenants they will have to move out, clean the place up, and rent it for market rates.

@Trent Wyss - If you are looking to get into the commercial assets class you are probably best off getting your license and joining a Marcus and Millichap or one of the other key players in commercial real estate.  

I like the value proposition thoughThe program is more on giving you the tools to find the right players like where to look and how to vet them, not necessarily a contact list.

Hello all, does anybody know if Podio has a call receiving feature or able to transcribe calls like a ring central is capable of.

If you sell this place are you capable of replacing it with something that cash flows better with the proceeds?
