IRS liens are no big deal.. worse case you just have to hold the property about 180 days and they fall off.. many people get scared of IRS liens myself I would target those as I knew many would not bid because of it.. 

Now is not the time to be asking those people...terrible advice imo. 

You will need to be persistent, possibly patient, network with many people, etc.  

Go on a random Tuesday and you'll see a FLOOD of people.

I had about four times as many people attend my high school.

Bought a home from some people that were about to face foreclosure.

Just figured I would post since I seen a few threads of people asking about the company.

@Joshua Janus @Remington Lyman Both of these guys have a rolodex for people who can hopefully help you get your place in condition. 

People will give you money only if they trust you and are comfortable with you.As far as getting in front of people - start with those you already know and just be networking all the time, telling everyone what you do and the opportunities you have.

Unless you fall under the new JOBS act exemption for advertising, you will be limited to people that you know and have a relationship with.
