For those who have never been to a big Buc-ee’s gas station, you must make a stop at one if ever in Texas or if you’re lucky enough to get one of the few they are building outside of TX.

I have my doubts you'd get approved for a distance purchase, because duty station orders can change so easily.  

Anywhere in Bayonne that's near a train station is a good investment. 

Hello everyone,I live in Atlanta, and see a lot of vacant gas stations and restaurants and office buildings.

Was almost surprised to hear silent night on a local radio station. 2015 should promise to be an interesting year.

My father's family grew up in that town, grandfather used to run a gas station next to town hall where the diner is now, and my grandmother was the postmaster at the post office for years.

Location is great (near Atlantic Station, so easy to find renters), but the major downsides are the HOA fees and rent restrictions.

My condo is a 2 bed 2 bath, with 1,197 square feet and is within walking distance to downtown, tons of bars, light rail stations, etc. 

Construction is always a little chaotic but,  Are things (materials, work stations, tools, etc.) neat and orderly?

I'm interested, I am stationed in New Mexico but my wife still lives there and I visit most weekends.
