Best Parts of NJ to Invest

I was told by an associate of mine that Jersey is a booming market right now. She said that there are towns with average days on the market of only a few days. It's been nearly impossible to find a good deal in NY because the market is so saturated. I would appreciate it if anyone could list the hottest towns in Jersey to do fix and flips. I'm interested in towns with the most equity. Sky's the limit as far as price because my funding source will lend 65% or lower of the ARV.

Hi Tosin! There are lots of threads about this if you want to do a quick search, but unfortunately, a lot of NJ is tapping out, too, so there are still great deals, but not many "steals" anymore.

Check out Jersey City Heights, Bergen Lafayette or Journal Square maybe. Anywhere in Bayonne that's near a train station is a good investment. Ironbound District in Newark is booming. If you are looking even more suburban, towns like West Milford have been really hot in the $300,000-500,000 resale range, with decent inventory to still get a good deal.

Good luck!
