I'd hang onto that loan for the next 37 months.Since the property is cash flowing like crazy, I'd also take ~20% of the cash flow and pay down the principal balance over the next 37 months.

If I follow the issue correctly, sounds like you made a personal/investment purchase but still processed (uploaded docs, etc) the transaction through your company where you hang your license, correct? 

With these interest rates going up there must be some deals that are starting to pop up a lot more in other states.My advice is to hang on a little longer.
