Kids are raised to go to school, go to college, get a good job, and retire at 65...it's probably not her fault that she wants to "play it safe,"  but nobody ever got rich/wealthy off playing it safe, unless you won the lottery.

He didn't open the door guns blazing, didn't shoot the kids for what up to that point had been misdemeanor property damage and stayed within his property which mitigated chances of a claim of him "brandishing" his gun in public.There's one other thing I ALWAYS have when I have a gun and that's a cell phone for 2 reasons.

Since I lived in the old house so long I have a lot of portability built up that i want to port over to the new house next year just trying to fiqure out the best way i can do it Problem is the house in my kids name and the first time home credit rules say the property has to stay in my sons name for 3 yrs or have to pay the 8K back Once I rent the old place I loose 20yrs of portability That's my dilemma looking for the best possible solution ?
