You can either work on building your value, and how that solution solves their pain, or realize that they aren't feeling pain at all. 

This outline that I've created is more of a solution to my main goal of job income replacement, so I can work because I WANT to instead of working because I HAVE to.

The question is what are the answers and solutions that will move us back into a free market.

These duplexes are from 2003, built by the seller...larger, all brick and vinyl siding, modern electric etc.  

While this may not be the solution you are looking for, it has the structure that provides the most security for the capital contributors.

I like the solution above - continue to pay rent until it's released.

I then used closed cell spray foam to ensure that it was encapsulated from the interior.I am not saying this was the best solution, but what I did.  

In my experience, you'll need to update the property to modern finishes and amenities to command top rents in the market.

Social media is a powerful tool for the modern day businessman/woman but it can often times hinder a business’s performance instead of promoting it, you have to know how to use social media effectively.

The odds that this is a possible solution are pretty slim but it may be worth a call to whoever supplies your water.
