This insurance seems different though , they claim to guarantee your rent is paid even if your tenant defaults?

Many claim they are selling the equitable interest in the contract not the property itself, but when the email has pictures and stats of the property that would likely be a tough point to prove in court.I'm on several wholesaler lists and would definitely consider buying the right deal from one.  

I have not claimed this as my residence, nor have I lived there.

I do plan on meeting with the HR dept of the small hospital local to us and the school district to see about longer term short rentals for visiting medical folks and teachers.

So--it is NOT a good deal...the seller will be the loser--and this "'buyer" that claims they are benefiting the seller is simply pushing unlicensed broker PROPAGANDA!

They all claimed they were highly motivated but they were obviously not motivated enough to do any real studying.

So imagine what happens when someone is tactical in purchasing properties in those locations.Some people claim that relying on appreciation is speculative in nature. 

Was interested to drive by especially given some of the investment in the nearby medical center but will probably skip it completely.

But my medical issues are impacting my ability to hold a 9-5 job.

My wife of five years is a well established psychiatric medical provider.
