Looking for Mentor in KC MO

Hello, everyone. I’m a brand new member here. I bet there are a lot of people who make a post asking for a mentor and then never follow up on it. I’m not that guy. I’m committed to investing in rental property in Jackson County, MIssouri, with an emphasis on growing cash flow. I’m a disabled veteran and have worked hard to support my family. But my medical issues are impacting my ability to hold a 9-5 job. I am pretty sure I will need a property management company to be able to assist my tenants because I might not always be physically able to respond to their needs.

I have a rental property in Texas. I got it with a VA loan and lived in it for 4 years before renting it out. I would like to do a 1031 exchange for a property here in Missouri, since I have a decent chunk of equity.

I would love to have a mentor in that could to help me through the process of buying my first couple of properties in this area, and I will reciprocate in any way possible. I would prefer to have one who lives in the Jackson County, MO, so we can talk face to face.
