There are folks from New Jersey moving here who think anything within an hour and a half is close.I would echo what others have said above regarding Palm Bay-Melbourne.

Hi all,I was curious about buying and possibly renovating/ renting condos in north jersey region, possibly Bayonne but open to suggestions.

Usually 20-30 folks.There is also a weekly meetup at Jersey Lily's in Salem on Tuesday evenings.

You will probably end up with one of two policy situations.A owner/occupied homeowners policy endorsed for the multifamily dwelling - I have no clue what New Jersey offers but there are carriers in Ohio that will do this depending on how you title the property.A landlord policy for all risks associated with the dwelling plus a renters policy for your self to cover your personal property and personal liability. 

My strategy is to start a house-flipping business in New Jersey to gain capital and once the house market settles (or I build enough capital) buy-and-flip hold properties that will cashflow substantially.

Can anyone recommend and investor friendly real estate attorney for a New Jersey transaction closing?  

We bought our first property out of state because we live in New Jersey, where cash flowing is difficult. 

I am going under contract for a property in New Jersey after giving up my search in New York.
