Hello Bigger Pockets Community, 

Actively looking for single & multi family investment properties in Bergen & Passaic county New Jersey. (Would be a 1st time investor) The pandemic has sky rocketed purchase prices on retail & even distressed properties to an already lucrative market in New Jersey. Many NYC families are scooping up properties in NJ. Most of which are significantly exceeding asking prices on homes. Additionally, taxes are extremely high & it feels discouraging to penetrate this specific market.
