After you're qualified by a lender and while you look for that next deal, I'd concentrate on your budget to make sure your expenses aren't too high at the moment.

Networking can be a little tricky right now but I am absolutely going to push myself out there and start talking to people, even if it is just over the internet and phone right now.

The mtg industry and its various layers underwent many rapid changes over the month of March - one of the craziest and most concentrated period of chaos I've seen in my 19 years to be candid :-)  Rate volatility, programs being shutdown overnight, guidelines restricting (debt-to-income ratios, minimum credit scores, reserve requirements, etc.). 

I could concentrate on a couple counties.

My other idea was to bring a business into that portion of the building, such as an internet cafe, and work with the tenant to help facilitate the package pickup.

I googled around as well, and I think there are multiple resources on the Internet.

Flips were not my concentration, however I did want to try one.

I hate to steal internet guru's lines, but right it's like you're reading about doing push ups.

Are utilities included, cable, internet, wifi, heat, a/c.

The internet is a quicker way.
