There are professionals on BP who interact as investors, answer questions, post blogs, illustrate their expertise, add value, and members gravitate to them.  

Don't know any investors and haven't personally invested, but I've interacted with Frank a few times, attended their bootcamp, and have followed both the MHU and fund stuff for a couple years.

@Russell Brazil I've been experiencing similar interactions with potential 'investors' as well.

Hi @Kyle Gilbert, The key element is not 60 months, but being able to say that you owned and lived in the property for at least 24 months out of the last 60 months.

You can tell a lot about a person through that face to face interaction.

In our IP address targeting we've found about a 2x increase in effectiveness, interaction, and click through rates when ads have movement in them. 

So a new element moving in may not even be noticeable.

Even just spending that much time reading DULL material, vs more interactive material seems worth it for me!
