They're looking to liquidate some properties in the next few years as their children head to college so they are motivated sellers. 

The short of it:I want to be able to give my children a great life while earning passive income so I can be present as much as possible.

I want to keep my name out, but wife or minor children in control of property assets.  

Many people are trapped financially, without guidance, especially with children at school or before school.Getting a minor second job, even saturdays for 8 hours, paying credit cards off ASAP, being careful of expensive car payments, saving 10% to 20% for an emergency/investing fund, shopping at Target - Walmart, looking for sales and coupons, etc.Being frugal aint easy. 

Our end goal is to have income that will allow us to provide for and spend time with our children and grandchildren in the future while enjoying financial freedom.
